  • A video appointment with Dr. Adamo to review your case (45 minutes)

  • Follow-up care to order labs, communicate with your doctors, and/or establish your treatment plan

ESTABLISHED PATIENT TELEMEDICINE APPOINTMENT, 30 MIN - $225

This appointment includes:

  • An evaluation of your most recent medical reports, labs, imaging, or research prior to your appointment

  • A video appointment with Dr. Adamo to review your case (30 minutes)

  • Follow-up care to order additional labs, communicate with your doctors, and update your treatment plan

ESTABLISHED PATIENT TELEMEDICINE APPOINTMENT, 15 MIN - $150

This appointment includes:

  • An evaluation of your most recent medical reports, labs, imaging, or research prior to your appointment

  • Follow-up care to order additional labs, communicate with your doctors, and update your treatment plan

This 15-minute appointment is for an existing patient who would like to ask simple or problem-specific questions. Please submit your questions via the patient portal at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
