Preparing For Your First Appointment
Complete New Patient Forms
Please complete all required forms, questionnaires, and consent documents through the patient portal at least 48 hours before your appointment. This allows us adequate time to review your information and prepare for your visit.
Submit Medical Records
Please upload any relevant pathology reports, imaging reports, laboratory results, medication lists, and supplement lists through the patient portal at least 48 hours before your appointment. Having these records in advance helps Dr. Adamo thoroughly review your case before meeting with you.
Telemedicine Visits
Many consultations are conducted through our secure telemedicine platform. Prior to your appointment, please ensure that you have:

You'll receive instructions for accessing your virtual appointment before your scheduled visit. We recommend logging in 5–10 minutes early to ensure your audio and video are functioning properly.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for care. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
